The graph below shows the amounts paid each year to bring in new players. These figures may not have been quoted in the press but they are the figures that the club report in their accounts.

Up to 2005 there was little spent in the transfer market. This was probably due to the ease of getting players on free-transfers through Bosmans.

Over the recent seasons it has been difficult to work out where the transfer fees have gone. The club don't shout out the fees but the accounts show the actual amounts paid.

The players joining in the 2009 season were Ksanavicius, Obua and Kello, and their fees came to £609k. It is up to the supporters to work out the value in those deals.
