Hearts - Income

This graph shows the breakdown of the money Hearts has taken in since 2001.

The total income since 1st August 2000 is just over £76m.

The amount of money coming into the club is key to its ability to compete. The turnover has increased over the years and seems to have settled at around £10m for 2006 and 2007. The dip in 2008 came form poor results by the team causing a drop in all potential revenue.

 

 

 

The graph below shows the split of the income across the areas the club report. The only great increase in recent years has been in “Commercial”. This graph highlights that all areas had a drop in revenue in 2008.

 

 

 

The final graph shows the split of the income for 2008. The bums on seats amount is the biggest, and emphasises how important the paying fans are.
