The club has a number of different borrowings that it has to be off. The graph below shows the breakdown of these.

The 2009 results show another reduction in the interest payments being made. 90% of the interest came from making mortgage payments on the ground. This is a variable rate mortgage with the club currently paying £20,000 a month on it. The total amount left to pay on this mortgage is £3.5m

There is a second mortgage which is due to be paid off in one lump sum of £2.5m in July 2020.
