A general concern for clubs is how much of their income goes on wages. The target is that it is no more than 60%. The graph shows how everyone is doing. It is clear everyone knows of the 60% target, and is working towards it.
The clubs with lower income are very susceptible to any increase in wages, or drop in revenue. Hearts are just way out control on wages.
